As of April 2024 Betashares manages approximately A$38 billion in assets and reported the highest level of inflows among Australian ETF managers in 2023. Recent product and distribution moves include the launch of Betashares Direct, a retail investment platform for self-directed investors, and announced plans to enter the Australian superannuation industry. Management says it aims to make investing more accessible and affordable while expanding products, services and international reach. The company intends to pursue growth both organically and via acquisitions and strategic investments. BetaShares positions itself around lowering costs, expanding choice and making quality investments more accessible to investors.
