Why Firmable exists

Founded in 2023 by former Aconex executives Leigh Jasper, Paul Perrett, and Karthik Venkatasubramanian, Firmable aggregates and continuously updates its own account and contact data using AI-driven web scraping, large-language-model extraction, and entity resolution. On top of this data layer, the platform surfaces precise buying signals—such as leadership changes, hiring surges, and funding events—and then deploys AI agents to enrich CRM records, prioritise accounts, and draft outreach. This full-stack approach aims to eliminate tedious research and administration for sales teams, allowing them to focus on high-value conversations. Firmable serves more than 1,000 customers, including CBRE, Monday.com, and Canon, across Australia, New Zealand, and eight additional Asia-Pacific markets. The company positions its proprietary dataset as a key moat against US-centric competitors that rely on licensed, often outdated data. Near-term plans include building more specialised sales data, enhancing its AI agents, and expanding into the United States. Financial details such as revenue were not disclosed, but the business has demonstrated early commercial traction through its growing customer base.
