Mission

Elenta builds a learning platform that uses behavioural science and signals from learners, peers, and workplace systems to 'nudge' people and teams with targeted, just-in-time learning. The product is designed to combine face-to-face training with scaled technology so consultants, coaches and trainers can create programs that embed learning into daily work. Elenta launched an MVP six months prior to this round and has worked with more than 30 L&D consultancies and corporate clients. A pilot with Bupa Health Insurance reportedly increased learning comprehension by 67%. The company plans to accelerate product development toward a version 2 launch in early 2021. Financially, Elenta closed an oversubscribed seed round to fund that roadmap after an initial Antler pre-seed investment.
