NextDC is an Australian operator of data centres that builds and operates a regional data centre network. The company operates facilities to serve regional demand for data infrastructure. It announced it has raised up to A$1.3 billion (US$850 million) in additional senior debt facilities. RBC Capital Markets acted as mandated lead arranger, underwriter and bookrunner for the senior debt facilities. The facilities mark an increase from a previously announced total of A$2.2 billion. NextDC said it will use the funding to speed expansion of its regional footprint.
