Mission

FirstWave Cloud Technology develops cybersecurity and network management software. The company has secured funding to support continued expansion into Latin and North America. Last year it acquired Saisei Networks to strengthen its US presence and hired Hector Vadillo to bolster Latin America. The current agreement will provide $2.5 million and, on completion, increase its working capital to $5 million in total. Management says the capital will be used to pursue plans to be a significant player in the global network management and cyber security space. The funding comes with flexible terms intended to allow early repayment of principal without penalty and interest-only payments to help manage the facility.
