Mission

Anda is developing a jewellery-style smart band that recognises physical signs of stress and uses haptic feedback (a gentle squeeze and release) to guide optimised breathing in real time. The founders, James McWhinney (CEO) and Elisabet Sigurdardottir (CTO), are both breath coaches and launched the company in 2023. The team has built a large Anda Breathwork Community and amassed a significant waitlist of registered purchasers while it develops its hardware prototype. Anda is currently in pre-seed stage with Antler as an investor and is actively raising follow-on capital. The company plans to finalise its prototype and bring the product to market in early 2024, including a Kickstarter campaign. Antler’s pre-seed investment is being used to fund product development (hardware and software) and a marketing campaign for the upcoming Kickstarter.
