The service is priced at $5 per month and presents itself as the first consumer-focused personal talent management system distinct from enterprise-owned talent platforms. The company positions its tools to give individuals greater autonomy and control over career management amid increasing casualisation and non-linear career paths. PlanDo aims to accelerate engagement and partnerships with large Australian organisations that are struggling with expensive and cumbersome career and performance systems. The founders include co-founder and CEO Anne Moore and co-founder Alan Burt, and the company has added HR leaders like Bob Barbour to its board. PlanDo recently completed its first major capital raise to fund expansion throughout Australia.
