More than 200 organizations, including almost 100 federal agencies, use Acendre’s platform; the company processes over one million applications annually and is used by roughly 300,000 candidates each month. Acendre’s product set focuses on sourcing, hiring, engagement, performance and learning to improve workforce performance. The company says the investment from Strattam Capital will enable it to accelerate growth and more quickly advance its platform. Acendre serves both public and private sectors and emphasizes security, configurability and interoperability in regulated environments.
