Mission
Founded by farmers Bianca Tarrant and Dave McGiveron in 2019 in Northern NSW, Our Cow began by selling beef directly on Facebook and launched a meat subscription service in April 2021. The company now turns over more than $22 million annually and serves over 7,500 subscribers with a 79% customer retention rate. It employs more than 50 people, runs a processing plant in Casino and works with a network of 150 farms. Over the Christmas break Our Cow acquired the Voly brand and customer database from administrators and has emailed those customers about plans to expand the Sydney-based brand to all capital cities. Management says it aims to become the biggest and best food delivery company in Australia and to create an ""ultimate online farmers market.""
