Mission

Checketry is a download-manager app aimed primarily at PC gamers, allowing users to follow and manage download progress across desktop and mobile. The app integrates with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, uTorrent, qBittorrent and Steam and lets users pause/cancel downloads, set shutdown timers and schedule downloads from the mobile app. Users can sign in with social media or create an account; early access is available on the company website. Development began in April 2017, and the team has run alpha and beta tests and significantly redesigned the app based on user feedback. Checketry planned a public launch in July 2018 with Windows, Mac, iOS and Android versions. The company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and positions itself against a large market of PC gamers and popular platforms like Chrome and Steam.
