Equiem builds Equiem NEXT, a tenant experience software platform that helps landlords attract and retain occupiers by powering tenant communication, e-commerce, vendor management, tenant analytics, event planning and on-demand space booking. The platform includes iOS and Android apps and an integrated full-feature e-commerce experience, check-in and RSVP management, and tools for concierge and security teams. The company reports its app is rolled out across 60 million sq ft (5.5 million sq m) of commercial real estate worldwide, and over 19 million sq ft in the USA, UK and Ireland after recent expansion. Led by CEO Gabrielle McMillan, Equiem intends to use new funds to continue investing in technology and to expand across new and existing markets. The company has launched in multiple U.S. cities including New York, Philadelphia, Portland, Seattle, Austin and Houston and identifies Canada and Singapore as next markets.
