Those Girls is a beverage company producing iced tea–based drinks and seasonal hot beverages, selling through markets, pop-ups and catering with premium presentation, R&D-driven menu development and social-media marketing.

Mission

Those Girls was founded in 2013 by Lauren Davie and Elena Andoniou and produces a range of iced tea–based drinks. The co‑founders launched in the Melbourne market and have expanded into Sydney, selling via markets, pop‑ups and catering. After appearing on Network Ten’s Shark Tank they received a $70,000 investment from Steve Baxter, who has provided mentorship and access to his network. The team has invested heavily in R&D, expanded product and service offerings to include catering packages and a seasonal (summer and winter) menu, and introduced a hot apple cider that proved popular in Melbourne. They emphasise premium presentation for market stalls and a social‑media‑driven marketing approach to support growth. Those Girls are developing an ambassador program and are focused on expanding nationwide.
