All G Foods is an Australian biotech that uses precision fermentation to produce recombinant human and bovine milk proteins, beginning with lactoferrin for infant nutrition, nutraceutical, personal-care and therapeutic markets.

Mission

All G Foods is developing high-value milk proteins through a proprietary precision-fermentation platform, allowing it to create bovine and human lactoferrin with high purity (>95%) and scalable yields. The company has completed pilot-scale production of recombinant bovine lactoferrin, has self-affirmed GRAS status for adult nutrition in the U.S., and secured approval for personal-care use in China. Its first commercial product, a bovine lactoferrin powder, is planned for launch in late 2025, followed by human lactoferrin in early 2026. To accelerate scale-up and commercialization, All G formed a joint venture with French dairy-bioactives leader Armor Protéines, leveraging Armor’s manufacturing expertise and global distribution relationships. All G has filed multiple patents covering micelle assembly, scalable manufacture and human milk compositions. The company’s technology aims to lower costs, improve supply stability and broaden access to lactoferrin, which traditionally requires thousands of litres of cow’s milk per kilogram produced. Headquartered in Waterloo, New South Wales, the firm positions itself at the intersection of early-life nutrition, adult health supplements and precision-fermented bioactives.
