Mission

Canopus Networks builds an AI-driven network analytics platform (Canopus Analytics) that measures application quality-of-experience in real time at terabit speeds using programmable switch (P4) technology and patented AI engines. Its solution is encryption-agnostic and designed to give telcos visibility into gaming, streaming, conferencing and other application usage to reduce churn, improve support, and generate new revenue opportunities. The platform is operational across networks in Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and the UK. The company plans to accelerate growth into new markets and develop gaming-specific products to serve developers, publishers, distributors and network operators. Canopus has expanded its team beyond Sydney to Melbourne, New Zealand, the USA, and the UK and originated from UNSW research in software-defined networking. Financially, the company closed its Series A with an additional $3M investment and has now raised $12.3M to date.
