Mission

Royal Wins is a Sydney-based game design studio that launched Mojikan’s Kash Karnival, a free-to-play hybrid skill-plus-casino social and wagering hub. The Kash Karnival opens with four initial games that blend skill and RNG outcomes, accessed through a graphically rich 'Royal Hub' with avatars, leaderboards and progression to 'Royal Family' status. The company pivoted from traditional social games after 2013 research and spent more than six months developing this new category to reward player skill and introduce novel casino mechanics. The Facebook-launched release has attracted an early adopter base of more than 10,000 fans, and Royal Wins plans additional versions for tablet and mobile. The studio recently closed its first round of funding with A$2M and intends to release a 'real money' version of its casino at the end of 2014. The team includes industry veterans from Aristocrat, IGT, Konami and NextGen Gaming and is led by CEO Robert Fong with Tony McAuslan as Director of Gaming.
