The platform enables clients to search, book, and pay talent in a single, seamless transaction while aiming to remove hidden commissions and bias. Since launching in December 2015, the service has attracted over 3,000 talent and more than 1,000 brands and agencies. The company says it has seen strong organic traction via word-of-mouth. Management plans to use new funding to enhance its in-house technology and to build teams for its Australian and New York offices. TheRight.Fit positions itself as an alternative to traditional talent agencies by giving brands and talent more control, transparency, and speed in hiring and payments.
