Mission

Rubik provides a data-driven, fully digitized acquisition platform that identifies and aggregates off-market single-family homes tailored to institutional buyers’ criteria. The company harvests and analyzes data across entire markets to surface proprietary inventory and brings those homes onto a marketplace without taking ownership. Since launching the marketplace in 2021, Rubik has transacted more than $12M of single-family homes and counts 20 of the largest SFR buyers as customers. Rubik’s platform is designed to reduce transaction friction, increase transparency, and streamline acquisitions for REITs, hedge funds, and family offices. The startup plans to use new capital to grow transactional volume across current markets and further build out its core data and analytics platform. It will also expand engineering, sales, and marketing teams to support that growth.
