About

Shopfront is an AI-powered seller platform for second-hand goods that converts photos into e-commerce-ready listings by removing backgrounds, identifying brand/condition, estimating prices, and cross-listing with automatic delisting.

Mission

Shopfront, founded in 2024 by Nathan Spiteri and Drew Flaherty, uses AI to simplify the seller experience for second-hand goods by removing backgrounds, identifying brands and condition, and estimating prices. Its core product generates e-commerce-ready listing details from photos and is being developed to list items across marketplaces like eBay, Depop and Etsy from a single platform with automatic delisting when an item sells. The company has an MVP tested by around 50 users and plans a beta rollout to 20 users by August while targeting 1,000 waitlist sign-ups. Shopfront intends to offer three subscription tiers: a free tier (25 background removals and five listings per month), a starter tier (100 removals and 25 listings per month), and a business tier (limited removals and 100 listings per month). The product is currently accessible via the web, and the founders are exploring a native mobile app in the future. Shopfront secured $225,000 in pre-seed funding from Antler to build new features and expand the platform.
