Founded in 1997, the company plans to expand its product set and market reach through increased R&D and acquisitions backed by new investment. PageUp People is a Melbourne-based provider of global talent management solutions led by CEO Karen Cariss. The company offers a cloud-based unified talent management suite with modules for recruitment, performance, development, compensation, career and succession management. Its clients include large multinational organizations, including several Global 500 employers, and more than 90,000 HR practitioners operating across more than 180 countries. PageUp People has additional offices in Sydney, London, Shanghai and Atlanta. The company recently received an equity investment from Accel-KKR and intends to use the proceeds to expand into global emerging and high-growth markets. In conjunction with the investment, Accel-KKR Managing Director Greg Williams joined PageUp People's Board of Directors.
