Senior Forward Deployed Engineer
Role Overview
Deliver voice AI solutions to enterprise clients, embedding with their teams to build production-ready systems. You'll bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders with exceptional communication, driving adoption and shaping the platform through customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using a voice agent platform — from prototyping to production
- Build full-stack integrations with enterprise tools (CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools)
- Partner with sales to engage clients, gather requirements, prototype demos, and present system designs
- Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components
- Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations
Ideal Background
5+ years of experience with strong React and TypeScript skills. Background in computer science or related technical field with distributed systems knowledge. Customer-facing experience with production-grade deployments.
