Forward Deployed Engineer
Role Overview
Write production code, own customer implementations end-to-end, and be the technical face to enterprise healthcare clients. You'll shape the product roadmap while building the systems that scale a competitive moat in AI-powered healthcare communication.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship production code — integrations, AI agent configuration, and platform logic
- Own implementations end-to-end: create and manage technical project plans from scoping through go-live
- Architect high-leverage systems that transform complex implementations into repeatable infrastructure
- Serve as primary POC for customer technical teams
- Monitor AI agent performance, diagnose failure modes, and iteratively refine behaviour
- Translate field observations into actionable product requirements
Ideal Background
2+ years of experience with customer-facing work. Experience shipping production systems while working directly with customers. Project leadership experience. Strong engineering fundamentals in Node.js, TypeScript, React.
Interview Process
