Senior Backend Engineer

We're looking for backend engineers to build the infrastructure and systems that power AI agents handling 1M+ customer interactions monthly. You'll work across the stack from data pipelines and analytics to real-time agent systems, shipping features that directly impact enterprise customers.

• Build infrastructure powering AI agents across analytics, real-time systems, and data pipelines
• Migrate analytics services to scale through the next 10x of growth
• Improve hallucination detection systems toward zero error rates
• Scale and stabilise browser-use agents for enterprise customers
• Make sound technical decisions and help set the bar for code quality and system design

4-5 years of experience in backend infrastructure engineering building large-scale distributed systems. Demonstrated career progression at high-growth startups or top tech companies. Strong system design and architecture skills with hands-on coding ability.
