Forward Deployed Engineer

Be the first FDE on the team, owning technical delivery of customer deployments. Work directly with commodity traders, operators, and logistics teams to understand their operations and configure the AI platform to automate their workflows. Manage multiple fast, structured onboarding sprints.

• Own technical delivery of customer deployments from discovery through production adoption
• Manage multiple onboarding sprints simultaneously (up to ~10 customers)
• Translate customer operations into platform configurations
• Act as technical bridge between customers and engineering
• Develop deep understanding of system architecture to troubleshoot edge cases
• Help define and build the FDE function — onboarding playbooks, processes, and internal tools

2-5 years in a customer-facing engineering or technical deployment role (FDE, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer). Experience at a startup with high ownership and ambiguity. Experience with AI products, LLM systems, or AI agent platforms.
