Founding Account Executive
Role Overview
Be the face of the company for a rapidly growing customer base. You'll be equal parts trusted sales advisor and hands-on customer champion — helping customers design and launch outbound workflows on an AI platform while being the person they genuinely look forward to talking to every week.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and guide ~200 customers through building their first outbound workflows
- Run recurring 15-minute check-ins with customers to troubleshoot and advise on outbound strategy
- Act as a sales-savvy advisor with real outbound expertise
- Close deals over time as the role evolves into full-cycle sales
- Provide product feedback from the front lines to shape the roadmap
Ideal Background
1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing GTM roles. Sales experience at a recognisable, fast-growing startup (Seed to Series B). Extroverted, warm, and decisive personality. Comfortable working in-person in SF.
Interview Process
30-minute screening call followed by onsite visit — focus on quick thinking, execution, and personality fit
