Software Engineer

Join a small, high-agency team building the platform that transforms how enterprise health systems route, triage, and schedule patients. You'll be one of the first ~8 engineers at a company already live with major health systems and scaling a PLG product with ~3,500 weekly active users growing 60% month over month.

• Turn an early product into a repeatable enterprise platform with the right core abstractions
• Build and optimise the core real-time voice pipeline for AI agent calls
• Ship and iterate on the free PLG scribe product to drive organic growth
• Work directly with health system customers to model complex clinical business logic
• Contribute across the full stack — from AI/LLM integration to frontend features

2-10 years of experience in full-stack software engineering at high-growth startups. Experience at companies known for high hiring bars (e.g., Verkada, Ramp, Palantir, Scale AI). Strong CS fundamentals. High agency and bias toward shipping fast.
